CELLULAR LIGHTENING TONER

Liquid, non-alcoholic toner which removes the last impurities. How to apply

Carefully cleanse face and neck with Cellular Deep Cleansing Emulsion. With a well soaked cotton pad gently massage in a circular motion over the eye contours, face and neck. Pat dry and apply the Cellular Lightening Day & Night Cream.
